We want you to love and feeling amazing in the clothing you purchase from Piccolo Boutique. However, we understand that sometimes things happen and you weren’t completely satisfied. We love our customers and want you to feel great about your clothes, so we’re dedicated to making things right. 


When you purchase anything from our site, please inspect your purchase! 

Make sure that there isn’t anything missing from you order, any defects, or if you accidentally received the wrong item(s). If any of those things happen, please contact us at and we will correct the issue!

I want to return my item(s)

Unfortunately since we are a small business, we do not issue refunds. However, we do offer store credit. If we accidentally sent you the wrong item(s) or something that was defective, we will offer a refund. Refunds are done by the method in which the item was purchased (i.e. credit card will go back on credit card, cash for cash, and if a gift card was used, you will be issued a new gift card). 


I want to exchange my item(s)

We process exchanges the same as a return. You will be issued store credit at the time of return. Exchanges depend on whether an item is in stock! If you wish to exchange your item please contact us ASAP at so we can pull the correct size for you! This insures that it will be available to you when your return ships back to us.


Which items are considered final sale?

Sale items, bathing suits, earrings and special event sales are both considered final sale and you cannot return or exchange those items.


How long do I have to return items for store credit? 

From time of shipment, you have 15 days to return your item(s). 


Who pays for shipping on returns?

If the mistake was on us (wrong item, defective) we will pay for shipping. Otherwise, buyer is responsible for shipping. 


What do I include in my return?

Please include the return form, your original receipt, and the item(s) in which you wish to return. Please leave the tags on the item(s). If the item has been washed or worn, store credit will not be given.
