I entered my address incorrectly and my items shipped to the wrong place.
We are not responsible if a package is returned to use due to an incorrect address or undeliverable address. It is on the responsibility of the buyer to enter the correct shipping address.
Can I change my address on my order?
If you need to change your address on your order, please contact us as soon as you place your order. We cannot guarantee that we will be able to make this change.
Do you offer Tracking with Delivery Confirmation?
All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation.
My tracking information says my item was delivered but I never received it. What do I do?
First contact the carrier directly to explore the issue. We are not accountable for shipments where tracking information confirms the package was delivered to the address.
What if I selected shipping but decided to pick up?
You are more than welcome to do so but we will offer the shipping credit to a giftcard as your refund. Just e-mail us at info@piccolo-boutique.com
